RCKa was appointed by specialist retirement developer PegasusLife to help deliver an ambitious programme of high-quality retirement living developments. The scheme comprised 38 apartments, with under croft car park, extensive landscaping and communal facilities.

ALLEY GROVES COWFOLD RH13 8BN

MH Architects was appointed by Saxon Weald to prepare and submit a full detailed application for 20 new dwellings. The scheme was designed to provide a traditional rural aesthetic that respected the historic context of Cowfold and established an immediate sense of ‘place’ and belonging.

HIGHWOOD MILL, THE BOULEVARD, HORSHAM RH12 1GF

PRP was appointed by Saxon Weald in partnership with Berkeley Homes to design and deliver an idyllic exemplar extra housing scheme of older people at the heart of a new community. This involved 105 high-quality apartments of people over 55 along with a communal hub.

LAND AT THE FRIDAYS, GILBERTS DRIVE, EAST DEAN, BN20 0BE

The development consists of 11 dwellings with five built forms. The dwellings have been designed carefully to draw on the highest quality buildings from East Dean’s historic core and feature flint elevations to help them blend in with neighbouring development and landscape.
