KING EDWARD VII ESTATE, KINGS DRIVE, MIDHURST GU29 0BJ

HIGHLY COMMENDED

FRIESE GREENE  HOUSE, PORTLAND ROAD, HOVE BN3 5JB

The brief was to regenerate the existing building and site and maximise the potential for much needed affordable housing within the city.  The proposal sought to replace the existing bingo hall to restore the Victorian commercial street frontage and connection to the neighbouring terrace, whilst reasserting the landmark corner mass of the demolished 1930’s structure.
