The Google reCAPTCHA button
Google reCAPTCHA is used to help protect the security of our website. The reCAPTCHA ‘I am not a robot’ button appears at the end of the form, as the image on the left. However, if you are using Internet Explorer, it is possible that it may not be visible, depending on your browser settings.
The form will not submit correctly unless the Google reCAPTCHA box is ticked.
If the reCAPTCHA box is not visible and you press ‘submit’, you may lose your form contents, requiring you to complete it again.
If you cannot see the reCAPTCHA button using Internet Explorer, there is a simple solution to restore it, as described on the Google support web site here – https://support.google.com/recaptcha/answer/6223838?hl=en
Alternatively, the form can be completed using other web browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
We apologise for any for any inconvenience caused.
